What will happen if your workshops are cancelled, or you need to withdraw or transfer from a workshop:
A workshop may be cancelled or postponed by Life Education Trust NZ either due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. presenter illness) or should the minimum number of participants not be reached.
If the workshop you are enrolled in is cancelled your registration will automatically be transferred into the next available course date and you will be notified via email. If the date of the new courses does not suit you, contact Life Education Trust NZ at [email protected] to arrange a transfer into another workshop date. If there is no alternative date available your original registration fee will be refunded in full.
We understand that your circumstances can change. If you need to change the date of your workshop, you can change this yourself up until 5 working days before your session through the webpage if you have setup an account here: workshops.lifeeducation.org.nz
If you require a change of date within 5 working days of your workshop, or have not setup an account in the link above, please email [email protected] with your details and request for a date change. The team will work with you to find an alternative workshop date and move your registration.
Registration fees are required to be paid atleast 5 days prior to the scheduled workshop. If you have registered and are unable to have your invoice paid in time please contact [email protected]
