The word neurodiversity has become common in our education system and an increasing number of learners are being diagnosed with conditions such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia. For educators this can be daunting, especially in a classroom where there are a number of neurodiverse learners.
In this workshop, neuroscience trainer Kathryn Berkett explains how the brain develops and influences behaviour. You’ll learn:
Hosted by experienced facilitator Cat Levine, these workshops are designed for teachers and learning support staff across the education system - from early childhood through to secondary schools.
Workshops are held on weekdays from 3.30-5pm.
Cost: $85 pp or $80 pp for groups of 10 or more (plus GST). Payment can be made online via credit card or via invoice direct to your school.
